About Us:
Clarion Clinics is a newly established purpose-built practice in the beautiful suburb of Abbotsford, located only 4km from the Melbourne CBD. The practice is an industry-first and state-of-the-art prototype clinic which will provide psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy services to eligible clients in Melbourne.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the flow of patients into and out of the clinic. You will be the first point of contact and will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running and operations of the practice.
The successful candidate with possess strong communication and customer service skills, be passionate about offering the best service possible to our clients and demonstrate a professional and empathetic approach to all client interactions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinate patient bookings;
- Communications (responding to phone calls and emails);
- Handling billings;
- Re-stocking of medical facilities;
- Processing of client referrals;
- General office administration;
- Using your creativity and experience to create efficient medical processes and procedures;
- Provide excellent service to our clients on the phone and in person.
The Successful Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist/Administration Assistant
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and comfortable with learning new software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Experience working in a psychology or psychiatry practice (desirable)
- Knowledge of Xestro Practice Management Software (desirable)
